Welcome

Lucid, where clarity calms and compassion listens.

You Don’t Have to Face This Alone

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in sadness, or burdened by past trauma—you’re not alone. These struggles can feel isolating, but reaching out for support is a powerful first step toward healing.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply trying to make sense of life’s challenges, therapy can offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to begin your healing journey. Together, we’ll work at your pace to explore what you're experiencing, build healthy coping strategies, and reconnect you with your strength and sense of self.

You deserve care, understanding, and support. Your story matters, and healing is possible.

What You’re Feeling Is Valid

Life can be incredibly heavy sometimes. If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from others or even from yourself; Lucid is here to bring you clarity.

You may be carrying the weight of depression, where even simple tasks feel exhausting, and joy feels out of reach. Or maybe anxiety is making it hard to rest, focus, or feel safe in your own body. Perhaps you're going through a major life change. Grief, a breakup, a move, or a shift in identity—and everything feels uncertain. Or you might be trying to heal from trauma, navigating the lasting impact of experiences that shook your sense of safety or worth.

These experiences can feel isolating. You may question your strength, your sanity, or your ability to move forward. But here’s the truth: what you're feeling makes sense. Your emotions are a natural response to what you've lived through—and healing is possible.

Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to begin that healing. You're not broken. You're human. And you don’t have to do this alone.

My Approach When Working With you

My goal when working with you is to provide a safe and positive experience where we can identify your needs, goals, and treatment. Together we will facilitate enhanced social functioning, self-determination, and collaborative responsibility to improve coping and quality of life. I consider my therapeutic approach to be eclectic with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution focused therapy. I am excited to aid you in achieving your goals and mental health wellness!

I work with individuals and couples who may be overwhelmed with stress and life changes and transitions that can lead to sadness, anxiety, and resurfacing trauma. During our first few sessions we will identify concerns that keep you from the quality of life you want. We will work together to create a plan that will help overcome challenges and enjoy life again! Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first three appointments.
